Carolina's season has been over. No announcement yet. Is it because Vegas is still in it that they haven't announced it yet?

Vegas has made the announcement on where their AHL team is playing next year, so I can't see why that would hold things up. I'm not sure what a logical reason would be for delaying an announcement at this point.
